Stress is implicated in every disease both mental and physical. In order to solve a problem like 'stress', it is important to understand it.
We define stress as anything that comprises your immune function and promotes chronic inflammation. It is chronic inflammation that is the common denominator in all diseases.
We break stress down into its five components that have the potential to break us down; emotional, postural, environmental, nutritional and dental stress. Identifying and minimising those stresses is an important step to better health.
